Simplicity is here the key-word: Just remove the four anchoring bolts fixing the cabin to the base vehicle and pull out the 13 pin electrical connector. Next jack-up the cabin on the four lift/support legs integrated in the corners, until you can drive out the base vehicle from under the cabin. After dismounting you can lower the cabin to a height allowing comfortable entry and exit.
The lift/support legs feature a fault-proof mechanism and guarantee the stability of the cabin. Therefore, the cabin can be used when dismounted. To facilitate mounting and render complex manoeuvring of the vehicle unnecessary the quick-mount system employs a mounting guide system with rails under the cabin and corresponding profiles on the carrier vehicle. This guide rail system centres the cabin while mounting and aligns the bolt positions precisely. |
