Bimobil interior design
The interior fittings of a Bimobil are modern, but have a natural feel. They provide a light and friendly living environment while on the move.
A Room with a View

To ensure spectacular views of your surroundings, we use insulating windows with polyurethane (PUR) frames equipped with integrated fly screens and darkening shades. The grey-tinted double-glazed acrylic windowpanes offer additional sun protection and a high degree of insulation. Depending on their size, the windows are equipped with 3 to 4 locking mechanisms along with a theft protection device which prevents opening from the outside while the windows are in the night-lock position. This PUR frame system (a thermal bridge free design) is also used for the entrance door and the service flaps for gas cylinder and storage compartments. Flaps and doors are manufactured using the same sandwich construction method as for the cabin. The extensive functionality of this system is therefore complemented by its visual harmony with the cabin. The double-glazed roof hatches in the living area and sanitary space are also equipped with integrated fly screens and darkening shades. They also feature a forced air circulation system, which provides fresh air even when the cabin is closed. Telescopic legs allow opening in all directions.

Our attention to detail goes even further. We simply have to mention our spice rack - a brand name in itself already – as practical as it is pleasing to the eye. Perhaps you’ve already noticed – everything is carefully thought out, planned and constructed.

Our living-on-the-move concept is not only about comfort and technical functionality. We try to create layouts that offer enough room to move while providing ample and accessible storage space. And in addition to that, we still want to leave enough room for individual customisation.

For example, you can chose among a variety of exterior stripe patterns and upholstery fabrics and matching draperies. In short, Bimobil motor homes and caravans are meant to be one of a kind. The bright, natural wood fittings are typical for a Bimobil. You could even say that an inimitable Bimobil style exists, characterised by an inviting living atmosphere and user-friendliness.

We offer two fitting styles. The original fitting line comprises exquisitely grained fir plywood combined with massive spruce strips that converts even the smallest interior into a natural, comfortable living space. The second fitting line - Luminum 2000 (available for YD280 and bigger) - employs softly grained maple veneer and doors with laminated perforated aluminium sheet enclosed in solid maple strip frames. Whichever you prefer, both fitting styles offer longevity and good looks for many years to come.
Both fitting styles come with a high-quality floor covering and easy-to-clean, wear-resistant sisal coverings for the settees.
Colour-matched upholstery fabrics and draperies ensure the unified, harmonious look of our cabins. Our attention to detail and the high-quality finish turns every Bimobil into a little masterpiece that really makes living “on the go” fun.
All our models are fitted with overhead storage boxes, seat storage compartments, a linen cabinet and a wardrobe. But there’s more than enough place for other articles used on a daily basis. Dishes, pots and pans and supplies can all be easily stored in the kitchen area. And cutlery simply disappears in the cutlery drawer.

The sanitary area, equipped with waterproof, colour-coated fittings, boasts ingenious ideas for making maximum use of limited space. Its natural rubber floor covering makes it very friendly for bare feet. High-quality water taps and, last not least, matching towel holders lend the finishing touch to the shower-washing area.
